As Long Beach natives, our goals are to provide a fun an inclusive environment that supports affordable self-care, natural remedies, and art. We do so by giving a platform for small, local, and POC businesses/artists/creatives in the city to display their handmade products to a larger audience. Rae Rose is the owner of an all-natural and sustainable brand (CnvsBrnd) and Sasha is an Art Gallery/Business Manager, and together we introduce the Kick Back. We can't wait for you to join us!

Event Details

Date: January 29th, 2023

Event Time: 11 am - 4 pm 

Set Up Time: 10:30 am (30 min before event)

Breakdown/Clean-up: 4:30p (30 min after event)

Location: La Dolce Vita Spa, 927 E. Broadway, Long Beach, CA 90802

Vendor Spaces (Private Rooms):

Space 1 (ideal for Tattoo Artist):

- Clean and Sterile (location is a spa and has offered cosmetic tattooing before)

- Vendor would need to provide their own table, supplies, etc.

Price: Available for Negotiation

Space 5-11 (ideal for shopping vendors):

- Outdoors

- 6 spaces available

- Space can fit 8-10 ft table 

- Tented (no pop-up necessary) w/ fans/electricity 

- Space can be shared or rented privately

- 2 Vendors per space, you may choose your partner or we can choose

Price: $60 (per vendor)  

Other Activities Your Guests Can Enjoy:

- Early bird ticket is $10 for all guests and 15$ at the door (if you have appointments you can pay the $10 ticket cost out of your profit)

- Complimentary Mimosa Bar (different champagnes and juices provided by CnvsBrnd)

- Complimentary Appetizer Station

- Hot Tub Hangout & Foot Scrubs (available as an add-on)

- 15 min Massages (available as an add-on)

- Opportunity to try/sample products in real time

- Beauty services (available as an add-on)

- Tarot Reader

As a vendor you agree to promote event utilizing marketing material provided for us and your own. You agree to pay the vendor space deposit (1/2 off vendor fee) to Rae Rose - Owner of CnvsBrnd and the rest of the fee 7 days before event. If total vendor space fee has not been paid 7 days prior to event your reservation will be cancelled. You agree to have your vendor space setup before the start of the event (11a) and break-down/clean-up by 3:30p. Any damage to the facilities done by vendor will be the responsibility of the vendor to pay, so we ask that you respect the facilities when loading or unloading. 

Licensing/Permits

All beauty professionals must posses proper licensing/certification. Vendors should possess sellers permit.

Refund Policy

There will be NO REFUNDS on deposits or vendor fees due to any reason accept in the event the event is cancelled by Rae Rose/CnvsBrnd.
